15. Assessment Report

Assessment Browser allows to view a consolidated picture of an assessment in a graphical way and also enables CSV / HTML export of teh data shown. This serves as a good workbench where decision makers can see a summarized picture of an assessment and can take adequate decisions.

  • From the main menu, navigate to Assessment Report to open the screen as shown below.

Information

  • You can choose to view either Assessment Report or Assessment Comparison Report by selecting appropriate option from the dropdown.

Filter Option

  • You can filter the assessments by clicking the Filter button. The filter allows filtering records from the following options.

    • Created
    • Email Sent
    • In Progress
    • Completed

15.1 Assessment Report View

  • Select an assessment list record to view the available assessments in the selected assessment list. Select an assessment to view the assessment report as shown below.

  • You can choose what values to show by selecting correct options listed below.

    • Show Comments
    • Show Evidence
    • Show Weight/Score
    • Show Attachment

  • Set appropriate Report Title and Report Description.

Download Report

  • You can download the chart /report in CSV or HTML by clicking the Download CSV or Download HTML button.
    • Choose the appropriate path to save the file and click OK.
