9. New Risk Tracker
New Risk Tracker feature allows users to create and manage new assets in the My Risk Assessor app. With the New Risk Tracker feature, users have the ability to perform tasks such as creating new asset profiles, providing relevant financial information about the assets, and managing their interactions within the app. This feature helps users organize and keep track of assets more effectively.
- From the My Risk Tracker module, click New Risk Tracker to view the screen shown below.
- Enter the Risk Tracker list name and some adequate description.
- Click Save to create a list and move to the next screen.
Note
- You can edit the Risk Tracker List name from the listing screen as well by selecting the Risk Tracker List and do a Right Click and choose Rename

Click New Risk Tracker button from the top action bar, to open a new screen as shown.
9.1 General Section

In the General section, general information about the risk tracker is maintained.

Fill in the relevant information against Title, Description.
9.2 Risk Tracker Section

In the Risk Tracker section, the risk treatment related attributes are maintained.

Fill in the relevant information against Risk Name, Risk Type,Risk Owner, Risk Remediator, Impact Description,Risk Treatment,Notes,Risk Name,Source of Risk, Date Raised, Expected Completion and Status.
9.3 Additional Information Section

In the More Tracker Info section, you can select a tracker information template and then provide details in accordance to the template.
9.4 Update History Section

In the Update History section, all changes made to the risk tracker are recorded for a secure audit trail. See the screen below for details.
