35. Proficiency Assessment

Proficiency Assessment feature allows users to create and manage Proficiency Assessment in the My Risk Assessor app.

  • From the Service Risk module, click Proficiency Assessment to view the screen shown below.

  • All the previously completed assessments are listed in the grid.

35.1 Import CSV

  • To create a new Proficiency Assessment, you can import a CSV file directly using the Import CSV option.

  • Click the Import CSV option to view the screen shown below.

  • Once the records are loaded, the system will display the detailed view as shown below.

35.1.1 Copy Proficiency Assessment

  • To create a copy of a Proficiency Assessment, click the Copy Proficiency Assessment button to view the screen shown below.
  • Choose the workspace and click the Copy button to create a copy of the Proficiency Assessment.

  • To close without saving, click the X button.

35.1.2 Delete Proficiency Assessment

  • To delete a Proficiency Assessment, click the Delete button to view the screen shown below.
  • To delete, click the OK button.

  • To close without any change, click the Cancel button.

Important

  • The delete action cannot be undone.

35.2 New From Risk

  • To create a new Proficiency Assessment, you can choose the New from Risk option.

  • Click the New From Risk option to view the screen shown below.

  • Once the records are loaded, the system will display the detailed view as shown below.

35.2.1 Copy Proficiency Assessment

  • To create a copy of a Proficiency Assessment, click the Copy Proficiency Assessment button to view the screen shown below.
  • Choose the workspace and click the Copy button to create a copy of the Proficiency Assessment.

  • To close without saving, click the X button.

35.2.2 Delete Proficiency Assessment

  • To delete a Proficiency Assessment, click the Delete button to view the screen shown below.
  • To delete, click the OK button.

  • To close without any change, click the Cancel button.

Important

  • The delete action cannot be undone.

35.3 New Proficiency

  • To create a new Proficiency Assessment, you can choose the New Proficiency option.

  • Click the New Proficiency option to view the screen shown below.
