36. Staff Management

Staff Management feature allows users to create and manage Staff Management in the My Risk Assessor app.

  • From the Service Risk module, click Staff Management to view the screen shown below.

  • All the previously completed assessments are listed in the grid.

36.1 Import CSV

  • To create a new Staff Management, you can import a CSV file directly using the Import CSV option.
  • Click the Import CSV option to view the screen shown below.

  • Once the records are loaded, the system will display the detailed view as shown below.

36.2 New Staff Member

  • To create a new Staff Management, choose the New Staff Member option to view the screen shown below.

  • To save the record, click the Create button.

  • To close without any change, and return to the listing screen, click the Back to List button.

36.2.1 Send to Staff

  • To send a copy to the Staff Member, click the Send to Staff button to view the screen shown below.

36.2.2 Delete Staff Member

  • To delete a Staff Member record, click the Delete button to view the screen shown below.
  • To delete, click the OK button.
  • To close without any change, click the Cancel button.

Important

  • The delete action cannot be undone.
