The "Record of Processing" identifies and counts distinct or unique risks present within the organization's risk landscape. It offers insights into the variety and scope of risks, aiding in prioritization and resource allocation for risk mitigation efforts. This report helps ensure comprehensive risk management across the organization.

72.1 Search Section

  • The Search Section enables search options to filter records as per the specific needs.

  • Navigate to Reports and click the Record of Processing to view the screen as shown below.

  • The Show button generates the report/chart as per the selected search criteria.
  • The Save to EXCEL button generates the EXCEL export and downloads the content for later viewing.
  • The system gives a confirmation prompt before saving the data. Refer to the screen below for details.
