68. Detailed BIA Report

The "Detailed BIA Report" provides an in-depth analysis of the Business Impact Analysis for each business function. It includes detailed assessments of potential impacts, recovery time objectives, and specific vulnerabilities. This report supports comprehensive planning and decision-making by offering granular insights into how disruptions could affect various aspects of the organization and what measures are needed for effective mitigation and recovery.

68.1 Search Section

  • The Search Section enables search options to filter records as per the specific needs.

  • Navigate to Report and click the Detailed BIA Report to view the screen as shown below.

  • The Show button generates the report/chart as per the selected search criteria.
  • The Save to HTML button generates the HTML export (of the selected records from the list) and downloads the content for later viewing.
  • The system gives a confirmation prompt before saving the data. Refer to the screen below for details.
  • The Save to CSV button generates the CSV export (of the selected records from the list) and downloads the content for later viewing.
  • The system gives a confirmation prompt before saving the data. Refer to the screen below for details.

  • The Report Section displays the report results, filtered on the search criteria selected above.
